1.

Order Status

 

Please email us for order status enquiries and we will get back to you no later than 48 hours (Business days only).

Order changes and cancellations

  If an incorrect order has been made and you wish to make changes, kindly contact us by email. Cancellation of any orders can only be made provided the item has not been shipped. Cancellations of orders will incur a 5% re-stocking fee.

Ordering process and tracking numbers

  We use Paypal secure payments on our site which accepts major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Tracking numbers are provided via an email confirmation.

Shipping

 

Once an order has been paid for, we normally ship your parcel out in 1 business day. We focus on fast shipping because we understand how excited a customer can be once an order is placed.

International Orders

  Customers are responsible for all tax and duties incurred. International orders are non-refundable.

Returning an item

 
    • Prior to returning a product, customers are required to contact Euro Division via email within 30 days of order shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • All returns must be in its original packaging and re-sellable condition.
    • A completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) must be included with the product.
    • All packages returned must have your RMA number or returns may be refused.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances and will be deducted when issuing a refund.
    • Items returned will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. This excludes returns due to faulty products by us.
